Let The Community Become A Wonderful World In Their Childhood | Qingdao Zhonghai·Ruyuan

    Qingdao Zhonghai·Ruyuan creates a garden landscape of "one axis, two gardens + five theme gardens", making the 6-storey flower-view bungalow faintly visible in nature. A central landscape axis connects the landscapes in series, and it is the route to return home in order of etiquette. Two major activity spaces create a joyful sports life and meet the needs of people of all ages, including the elderly, children, and youth. The five plant theme gardens are fragrant in all seasons, giving you an immersive oxygen-enriched life experience.

Source of original design inspiration

     For children, the community contains their original imagination of the world, and the owners of the amusement facilities in the Zhonghai Ruyuan community with the longest service life are the children. There are also many young parents in the community. Liben designers try to re-conceive the appearance of the community from the perspective of children, build a wonderful underwater world amusement park for them, and protect their growth with professionalism.

Subjective design

     Children of different age groups have different activity preferences, so the subdivision of play equipment will be more adaptable. The themed overall design makes the amusement park an innocence paradise loved by adults. The effective distribution of high-frequency equipment such as swivel chairs, slides, and climbing nets, which are popular with more children, is equipped with large and small parent-child activity equipment, allowing parents and children to enjoy the fun of games together in the park.
